Competitions
Run a competition your way
For clubs and for organisers who only run events. Small, friendly or unusual formats are what it is built for. No subscription: entrants pay a small booking fee on top of your entry fee, and you receive the entry fee in full.
Any format you like
Knockout, double elimination, round robin, pools into a knockout, best of three, or two matches each in pods so every child gets a fair day. Mix them in one event.
Your weight classes, or theirs
IBJJF gi and no-gi, kids included, and ADCC, ready to use and editable. Or let it cut the brackets from whoever entered, closest in weight first.
Entries and payment in one go
People enter and pay by card from a link, with no account needed beforehand. Gi and no-gi in one competition, with your own price for a second event.
A schedule that holds together
Mats and match times built for you, rest between matches, nobody called to two mats at once. Families get their times by email and in the app.

No subscription, no per-member charge, no setup fee, no contract. We make our money from a small booking fee at checkout instead.
Every feature on this page is included. We add a small booking fee to what your members pay, so a £10 class costs them £10.25, and you still receive the full £10.
Cash and bank transfers you record yourself cost nothing at all. Stripe's and Square's own card fees are separate and go to them, exactly as they would if you took the payment yourself.
Rather your members saw one clean price?
Waive the fee for them and absorb it yourself, so it comes out of your takings instead of going on their bill, and nothing extra appears at checkout. Do that and the rate steps down as your club grows.
